I performed my Umrah with Abu Bakar Travels in September 2025, and it was truly a meaningful and well-guided experience. The team treated all jemaah with kindness, respect, and remarkable patience. As someone who was not very knowledgeable, I deeply appreciated how patient and supportive they were, especially in guiding me throughout the journey.
The ustaz provided excellent guidance with clear explanations and deep knowledge, making every step of the Umrah easy to understand and perform with confidence. We were also brought to various magnificent historical sites, enriched with detailed explanations and stories from Islamic history, which made the journey even more memorable.
Accommodation was excellent, with stays at Fairmont Makkah and Mövenpick Jeddah, both of which were extremely comfortable. Meals were well taken care of, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Overall, Abu Bakar Travels offers outstanding guidance, knowledge, and care throughout the Umrah and Hajj journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a smooth, enriching, and spiritually fulfilling experience.

Beautiful mosque,fun in the sight especially Kampong Ayer,sampling local cuisine like Ambuyat and Nasi Katok.
By the way a visit to Balai Khazanah Islam was mind blowing.
Through this trip I get to know about Brunei history and culture.

I signed up the umrah package for three person with Abu Bakar Travels. The package includes the class lessons in preparations to equip jemaah the brief knowledge before and during umrah. For all the knowledge and guidance given by Ustaz Salhan, it was sufficient and was made to understand. Doubts were cleared during questions and answers sessions in class.
Before departing, Abu Bakar Travel Services (ABTS) ensured that we have packed our basic necessities for the trip, reminded all jemaah what to do before meeting in the airport. The trip from day one till the end was sailing smooth and there again with Ustaz knowledge that brought us to so many places to visit. Jemaah's hospitality was taken care to the extreme by ABTS from the arrival in Medina until the arrival back to SG. I applaude for such an amazing service and guidance provided throughout by ABTS which lead to a smooth journey, knowledge gained and indeed a memorable umrah journey as a first timer. No age or gender was being left behind or was a hassle for ABTS to handle. ABTS professionalism and efficiency left Jemaah with no regrets but indeed a recommended travel service which i would introduce proudly to friends to seek upon should one need to perform for umrah/hajj. Thank you ABTS for your great services!
