I signed up the umrah package for three person with Abu Bakar Travels. The package includes the class lessons in preparations to equip jemaah the brief knowledge before and during umrah. For all the knowledge and guidance given by Ustaz Salhan, it was sufficient and was made to understand. Doubts were cleared during questions and answers sessions in class.
Before departing, Abu Bakar Travel Services (ABTS) ensured that we have packed our basic necessities for the trip, reminded all jemaah what to do before meeting in the airport. The trip from day one till the end was sailing smooth and there again with Ustaz knowledge that brought us to so many places to visit. Jemaah's hospitality was taken care to the extreme by ABTS from the arrival in Medina until the arrival back to SG. I applaude for such an amazing service and guidance provided throughout by ABTS which lead to a smooth journey, knowledge gained and indeed a memorable umrah journey as a first timer. No age or gender was being left behind or was a hassle for ABTS to handle. ABTS professionalism and efficiency left Jemaah with no regrets but indeed a recommended travel service which i would introduce proudly to friends to seek upon should one need to perform for umrah/hajj. Thank you ABTS for your great services!
In Allah's wills, may we be given the chance to meet to travel again soon. In Shaa Allah. May ABTS continues to grow in their business with their friendly staffs. Aamiin Ya Rabb.

Alhamdulillah for this recent Umrah journey that is filled with sense of blessings and surrounded by feelings of love for Allah SWT and His Messenger PBUH. Thank you ABTS for this experience of self-awareness bringing me back to the many yesteryears though the historical sirah stories, bringing to places for ziarah that I didn't expect that we would go to and filling me with Islamic knowledge. First Umrah completed under Abu Bakar Travel Services. I had a wonderful experience under the guide of Ustaz Sahlan, Ustaz Adel and Cik Siti.
It was such a pleasant and exciting journey as Ustaz Sahlan ensure that as we do our ibadah, we also get to learn in detail and visit the sites that have an impact in Islamic history.
The itineraries is nicely arranged and hotel accomodations is also very conveniently located within walking distance of Masjid An-Nabawi and also Masjid Al-Haram, as well as near the different amenities.
Overall, it was a remarkably superb experience and I would not hesitate to engage this agency again for my future Umrahs InsyaAllah.

This was my first umrah and I'm very glad that I went with Abu Bakar travel services. I was guided the whole way and gain a lot of knowledge on the history of Islam and all. Would love to go with them again.
